Chicken Salad with fresh tarragon, red grapes, and walnuts served on a croissant. Slow cooked Roast beef with horseradish on a fresh wheat roll. Carved Turkey with a tomato aioli on a fresh potato roll. Mixed Green Salad with Maytag blue Cheese, toasted walnuts, and apples in an aged Balsamic Olive oil blend. Tri colored Bow tie Pasta with fresh Buffalo Mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, and fresh Basil

Pita bread and pita chips served with our house Hummas, spiced roasted pepper, and Baba Ghanough (eggplant) dips fresh rolled grape leaved stuffed with rice, lemon and vegetables and our house meatballs

Make your own with corn or flour tortillas Pablano chicken, Carne
Asada (marinated beef), and grilled Mahi Mahi Toppings; Jack and cheddar, lettuce, sour cream, green onions, fresh guacamole, and our house Pico de Gallo Mexican rice and cumin black beans
-Skewer station-
Filet mignon skewers in a black currant Cabernet Glaze Chicken skewers in a Hibiscus Balsamic burr blanc and Halibut Skewers in a Saffron Cream (or Lavender honey) Mushroom risotto cakes and stuffed cherry tomatoes with hearts of palm and fresh dill

Fresh warm blinis and Toast points served with creme fraiche and lemon zest- Caviar (at market price) Beluga, Osetra, Sevruga, Paddlefish, and White sturgeon
